Adventure Details
Stand up paddle boarding, also known as "SUP", is a popular pastime suitable for all ages. Originating from the combination of outrigger canoe paddling and surfing skills by the Waikiki beach boys, SUP offers a fun and exciting experience. Participants begin on flat water to learn how to balance on the oversized boards, which are more stable than traditional surfing longboards. With the use of a long shafted paddle for propulsion and steering, riders can learn different strokes to help them turn and catch waves. Private and semi-private options are available for stand up paddle boarding adventures, with a duration of 1.5 hours for all classes. Beginner classes include gear and are conducted in a group setting, while semi-private and private options provide a more personalized experience. Stand up paddle boarding does not require previous experience or exceptional fitness levels, making it accessible to individuals of all skill levels. Families can enjoy this activity together, as it is less demanding than regular surfing and appeals to a wide range of age groups. Please note that lessons are not available on Sundays and public holidays, and dates and times are limited. Equipment is supplied for all participants, with a variety of board sizes to accommodate different individuals. Advanced SUP surfers can choose from a selection of board sizes and types for rental, ensuring a customized experience for all participants. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
